Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once payment has been received. Any agreed booking fee or payment arrangements will be communicated before confirmation.
Film Photography
Film photography is an analogue process and comes with inherent limitations and variables. While every care is taken when photographing, handling and processing film, occasional technical issues, missed frames or processing failures can occur. These are part of the nature of working with film and will be communicated should they arise.
Copyright & Image Usage
Copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer. Purchasing a photography session does not transfer copyright to the client. Clients receive permission to use their delivered photographs for personal purposes, including printing and sharing with friends and family.
The photographer retains the right to reproduce, publish and share photographs for portfolio, website, social media, exhibition and other promotional purposes, subject to any separately agreed privacy arrangements.
Image Delivery
Edited photographs are delivered through an online gallery. RAW files and film negatives are not included unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling requests. Changes are subject to availability.
